Orders may take 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. Customers who have purchased Priority or Express Shipping will have their orders shipped out same day. You will receive an email (with tracking information if eligible) as soon as we’ve shipped your Dear Cleo Pearl Hair Ties. During this time, please recheck your order and shipping address to ensure your Dear Cleo Pear Hair Ties are delivered safely.

*Please allow a few extra days for fulfilment during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Holiday Seasons, Boxing Day, Chinese New Year etc.
